Summer Camp Refund and Cancellation Policy: 

All sales are final. If a camper needs to reschedule due to injury, illness, or family emergency, we will issue a camp “credit” towards another camp week valid through August 2024. Your camp credit can be applied to the same type and site of summer camp you originally registered for, based on availability. Credits are transferable to an immediate family member; requests to do so must be submitted in writing prior to the start of camp.

Once camp week has started, there will be no credits given for no-shows, missed days or late arrivals.

Behavior-related dismissals from camp will not be eligible for a refund.

All camps are subject to change or cancellation if class enrollment is not met. Only if camps change or cancel will refunds (or credits if preferred) be given.
