UTA offers high performance camps during the months of June and July (Tuesday after Memorial day).
The coaching staff at UTA is excited to announce our 1st High Performance Developmental Camp! We look forward to your child’s attendance as we kick off our first ever Developmental Camp with a bang!

- To host a series of such camps throughout the year.
- To prepare UTA players for “BIG” tourneys with intensive comprehensive training.
- To bring All of our UTA High Performance players together to train as One.
The Event:

- Dates: January 11th & 12th, 2020
- Times: 1 – 5PM
- Location: James Creek & GSU Dunwoody
- Price: $150/UTA Players, $225/Non-UTA Players
- Coaches: Cem Gurkaynak (Lead Coach), Noel Wadawu (Lead Coach), Stewart Russell, David Drew, Trey Walston, Marcelo Ferreira, Erica Zabkar, Caio Borges
The Format:
The Format:
- Saturday: Will consist of a combination of dead & live ball drilling, as well as comprehensive match situational point play. There will be a physical conditioning station emphasizing speed and agility. Also included will be a mental “skull” session dealing with the book “Winning Ugly” by Brad Gilbert.
- Sunday: Will consist of match play, physical conditioning and mental/tactical sessions.
Requirements for the Players:

- Players are asked to get a copy of the book “Winning Ugly” by Brad Gilbert and have it read by Jan 11th, the first day of the camp. This will be the main discussion force of our mental/tactical sessions.
- Players must have the following UTR ratings to participate in the camps:
- 12s & 14s: 4 UTR and above
- 16s & 18s: 6 UTR and above
- The deadline to register for the camp is Monday, January 6th, 2020.
- Players will be split between the 2 sets of age-groups- 12s & 14s will be together and 16s & 18s will be together. James Creek and Dunwoody will host a different age group each day. Be prepared to spend 1 day at James Creek and 1 day at Dunwoody.
