Jack Sock recently spoke at UTA about getting better.
Key is to stay patient during matches. 70% of points won are off opponent’s errors. Not many winners you hit.
Quickest way to get in a cycle of losing points in a row is to dwell on the first point you lost. This kills concentration. Boom. You lost the game.
Correct mistakes mentally, and move on preparing for the next point.
Sock is currently 8th in the world coming to play BB&T in July.
