Summer camp is open to children ages 5-6 (Tot Group) and 7-14 for all tennis skill levels. Participants will learn the fundamentals of tennis and develop athletic skills in a fun-filled environment. Each student receives a UTA Summer Camp t-shirt.
Summer Tennis Camp for Boys and Girls, ages 7 – 14, Monday through Friday
Schedule:
Half Day Camp runs from 9:00 am-1:00 pm each day (Monday-Friday)
Full Day Camp runs from 9:00 am-4:00 pm each day (Monday-Friday)
Campers should bring lunch with them and will eat during the last hour of camp.

Waiver of Liability for Participation at Universal Tennis Management’s Summer Camp
It is expressly agreed that all use of the Universal Tennis Management (UTM) Courts/Facility and the property on which the Tennis Center operates shall be undertaken by the Participant or Participant’s Guest at his or her sole risk, and that UTM , its officers, owners, directors, employees, agents and successors shall not be liable for any injuries or any damages to Participant or Guest or to property, of Participant or Guest or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, cause of action or damage whatsoever
which may be sustained as a consequence of the participation in UTM’s Summer Camp, including, without limitation, those damages, resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of UTM, its officers, owners, directors, employees, agents and successors, or its Participants or Guests. The Participant and Guest forever release and discharge UTM, its owners, employees, successors from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or cause of action.
UTM shall not be responsible for liability to the Participant or Guest for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about the Facility or for losses or damages to any property, including but not limited to automobiles and the contents thereof.
I understand that the Tennis Center, UTM and its staff members are not responsible for any accidents and/or medical and dental expenses incurred as a result of participation in UTM/Tennis Center activities. It is understood and agreed upon that all health or accident insurance claims are the responsibility of the Participant and will be covered by the Participant’s insurance. If any injury occurs, Participant understands that camp personnel will transport camper to the closest hospital and have permission to administer medical care as recommended.
I have been advised (posted Notice of Exemption and Exemption Approval Letter) and understand that this program meets the criteria for exemption from licensure in Rule 591-1-1-.46(b)7 with Bright from the Start (GA Department of Early Care and Learning). UTM carries liability insurance.
Acknowledgement of Swimming, Waterslides and Slip & Slides: This Waiver of Liability extends to any swimming, waterslides and slip & slide activities. It is understood that UTM and all of its staff members are not responsible or liable for any accidents and/or medical and dental expenses incurred as a result of participating in UTM swimming, waterslide, or slip and slid activities. Participant is voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activities and is participating in the activities entirely at their own risk. At any time Participant may ask not to participate in any activity. Participant knowingly and freely
assume such risks, both known and unknown, and assumes full responsibility by participating.
Acknowledgement of Photo Waiver: UTM may take and use photographs, video, film, and other images of my child participating in or observing the activities. I waive any right of privacy, publicity, compensation, copyright, or other rights to those images, and I consent to UTM using those images for any purpose in connection to UTM activities or marketing. Consent is deemed ongoing unless revoked in writing.
