Part-Time Front Desk Associate

James Creek Tennis Center is looking to hire a part-time front desk associate to work approximately 15-20 hours a week. Flexible evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities: Greets walk in customers; takes tennis court reservations; provides information to customers regarding tennis lessons/programs. Processes payment for court reservations, lessons, racquets, pro-shop accessories, etc. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications: Dependability, Customer Service/People Skills, Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking, and basic PC and computer skills.

Education and Experience: High School graduate. Prior customer service experience a plus. Experience with MindBody a plus.
