Half Day Camp price is $225/week. $180 for a 4-day holiday week.
All campers are to bring lunch. Snacks and drinks may be purchased on site. A UTA t-shirt will be given to all campers. In case of rain, you can choose to come to class or come to another half-day during the summer. We will make a decision at 8AM.

Full Day Camp (Swimming) price is $375/week. $300 for a 4-day holiday week.
All campers are to bring lunch. Snacks and drinks may be purchased on site. A UTA t-shirt will be given to all campers. Full day campers come rain or shine.
Tennis will be played in the morning. Afternoon program consists of swimming activities.

Waiver of Liability for Participation at Sharon Lester Tennis Center at Piedmont Park and Universal Tennis Academy
It is expressly agreed that all use of Tennis Courts at the Sharon Lester Tennis Center at Piedmont Park (SLAPP), Tennis Facility at SLAPP, and the property on which SLAPP operates shall be undertaken by the Participant or Participant's Guest at his or her sole risk, and that Universal Tennis Management (UTM)/Universal Tennis Academy (UTA) shall not be liable for any injuries or any damages to Participant or Guest or to property, of Participant or Guest or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damage whatsoever, including, without limitation, those damages, resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of UTM/UTA, its officers, or its Participants or Guests. The Participant and Guest forever release and discharges UTM/UTA, its owners, employees, successors from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or cause of action. UTM/UTA shall not be responsible for liability to the Participant or Guest for articles damaged, lost, or stolen in or about the Facility or for losses or damages to any property, including but not limited to automobiles and the contents thereof.
I understand that Sharon Lester Tennis Center at Piedmont Park (SLAPP), Universal Tennis Management (UTM), and its staff members are not responsible for any accidents and/or medical or dental expenses incurred as a result of participating in SLAPP/UTM activities. It is understood and agreed upon that all health or accident insurance claims are the responsibility of the participant and will be covered by the participant's insurance.
I have been advised (posted Notice of Exemption and Exemption Approval Letter) and understand that this program meets the criteria for exemption from licensure in Rule 591-1-1-.46(b) 7 with Bright from the Start (GA Department of Early Care and Learning). UTM carries liability insurance.
Acknowledgment of Photo Waiver: UTM may take and use photographs, video, film, and images of my child participating in or observing the activities. I waive any right or privacy, publicity, compensation, copyright, or other rights to those images and I consent to UTM using those images.
